Default lumbar won't deflate

my passenger lumbar on my 99 disco 2 won't go down. Is there an easy way to get it to go down? what im thinking is that it got over inflated and the release valve is stuck due to the excess pressure. If anyone has any ideas please help.

If you push up on the switch you will inflate the lumbar, if you push the switch down it will deflate.

I had the same problem for 2 years. Then I checked the fuse. Easy fix.
