The 3 lights came on at 48k and the truck has 88k now. Scan indicates a shuttle valve fault. SRS light is also on.
I paid $1000.00 to get it fixed ($500 used ABS and $500 labor) and it did not work. They said the used unit was defective. So I said f-ck it I'm not spending another dime on this issue and the 3 amigos lights have been on ever since.
Just pay 195 pounds and send the pump to the uk to have it rebuilt. They give you a two year warranty on it. I think that they ship you a rebuilt unit and you have to ship them your pump back or else they don't honour the warranty.
the abs light has been known to jump out of the dash and blow your brains out. better get it taken care of. nice PM by the way, thats exactly what the dealers do. You just keep getting smarter and smarter.

I was thinking about that until I found the hummer fix.... I bet that's the same fix they do....
Mods: Oil Pressure Gauge, ScanGaugeII, CDL, Electric CDL Actuator, RoverRacks Rear ladder, Limb Risers, ToddCo Front Drive Shaft, DI Wiper Arms, G4 Upper Rear Lamp Guards, No Amigos since 11/09
Coming soon: Install Greg Davis rear bumper, Replace 4 ball joints, Replace belt tensioners and pulleys.
For the future: .... wait and see....
Side effects would be no traction control, ABS or Hill Decent.
Boy you got screwed at $1000 for a used part. 2 or 3 hours in the garage and a new shuttle van would have fixed it if it were the cause.
Are your brakes squeaking, do they pulsate thru the brake pedal on a panic stop?

I've got little under a hundred bucks in the rebuild of mine, and so far, Chevy Martin and Steve have not made an appearance since.

At $1000 bucks for rebuild / install. I'm going to learn how to solder better......(new item for website. rebuilt ABS pumps). I just pulled one at the pull and pay for $59.00

You are correct,lol.......
I have never soldered anything in my life, but practiced a bit and went by the Hummer write up and everything seemed to go as planned, except when I didn’t have a hold of the pin and it fell out, that was a little tricky getting it back in straight but it worked out. I went ahead and replaced the shuttle valve even though after the soldering I was getting the same resistance from both new and old shuttle valve, so I'm thinking the solder was the bad connection.
I have an old pump lying around, I might break it apart and give this fix a go for the hell of it.
How much was that rebuild in US dollars? How freakin hard can it be to solder two(?) connections? I get the detail part and you don't want to F it up, but it seems so easy, simple, not so hard after practice....I think I'lll try it for practice too, who knows it could come in handy?!
