Default New Camshaft Question

Just curious, if I were to replace my camshaft with a new one, would I also need to replace the rest of the valve train (lifters, rods and rockers)? Haven't really had any noise issues, but my engine (113k) is already out (separate project), so I'm already most of the way there should I want to do this. The cam isn't that expensive, but it increases quickly when you throw in the rest of those parts.

Lifters fer sure. The others should be inspected. Be sure to check the valve lash when reinstalling.
