I would suggest that you inspect and clean all you cables and grounds then take your truck in and have the battery and alternator voltages and amperage checked, o of them is off and that will cause many of the ECU's to not function properily causing a check engine light.

Figured it out guys. I had my trailer hooked up and the ignition was left on without the engine running for a while, hence, draining the battery a little. Cleared the error and went for a spin, back to normal.
