do they have a good reputation?

i live in northern kentucky and have had all of my major work done at lr cincinnati.

i am thinking of developing a relationship with lr louisville....any advice?

LR Louisville has been simply outstanding to deal with no complaints from my wife or I. When you call for service ask to talk to Matt Phillips and when scheduling your appoint. ask to have J.Lo or Craig to work on your vehicle. Tell Matt Jen and Blake sent ya, he'll know.

just wanted to thank you for the dealer referral in louisville.

did my 120K there on thursday and had a super experience.

craig did the work. j. and craig both spent a lot of time talking to me and going over everything.

they really spent the extra time to build a relationship.

Glad they treated you well. Had my truck up there Thursday also. Had my CEL checked out and they came up with a bad MAFS on my D1. The D2 is my wifes' truck.
