Default nitto tires

just wandering if anyone was running nitto tires size 285/60/18 with out a lift. I know 255/55/18 will work but I am planning on getting a lift in the spring but I need tires now. If I go with the 255/55/18 and get a 2inch lift I think the tires will look to small in the fenderwells.

Why are you wanting to go that large, do you go off road alot, have you thought about 16" wheels instead pf 18's and are you ready for a 2 MPG loose if you go that large?

I'm running 285/60/18 with a 2inch OME lift. Bama is right though.... it's not your everyday tire and it's pricey, but MAN, they look sweet...

I know... I'm just avoiding the inevitable for $$$$ reasons... I don't feel like paying a million dollars for those Nitto's again either... but I have a set of winter tires in Alaska too so I only put 6 months of wear on em every year....

I may go simulated bead lock 16's when I switch... Check it out...

Here is a pick of the wheels, Stock DII 16" alloys. They have Michelin Cross terrain 255-65-16 6/32 or greater in tread depth. I can have the tires removed if request to save on shipping if you are going to put something bigger on. I do have all 5 also and the factory set of lugs (20) only 1 lug is slightly damaged from the wrong size socket from the PO.
