Default O2 Sensor issues?

I recently replaced my MAF, entire catalytic converter y pipe, and put in 4 new bosch premium O2 Sensors. The truck is running better than ever (at least since I bought it) but now the infamous SES light has returned and I'm getting the following codes: P0161, P1175, P1172. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Bank 2 sensor 2 has a bad heater circuit and both banks are running lean which does not make a lot of sense since you replace all those parts,
Curious, why did you throw all those parts at it before and what codes did you have then?

Well The MAF sensor had gone bad and was causing the engine to stall at stops and low RPMs. After unsuccessful attempts to fix it by cleaning it I just went ahead and replaced it. The Y pipe was changed out with both catalytics because mine had gone bad and I managed to pick some up off a disco being sold for parts at quite a bargain (student budget). The O2 sensors were completely fried and considering my terrible mileage I just went ahead and swapped those out.
