Spray them tonight with some PB Blaster or WD40 fluid to loosen up the threads.

crows foot 22MM (pictured below) will definitely be needed especially for the pre-cat driver side (Pep Boys Set is $14.99). If you've never changed them before its gonna take some strength both physical and mental to actually disconnect them from the plug because "they be stubborn"....when you plug the new ones make sure they click too because the new ones are tought at times to click in.
Make sure you get everything you need the night before because your arm will be pressed up against the exhaust and unless you like "Land Rover" branded on your forearm you best head out right now to make your purchases.......grab some of that Orange hand cleaner stuff too;-)
Oh yeah.......make sure you smoothly and slowly turn in the new ones (with anti-seize compound) you wouldn't want to strip your Y-pipe threads because this cool little DIY could turn into a $700 nightmare.
ok so my buddy and i got under the car and easily got them off and relized we took the back ones off not the front, the front is a whole nother story haha. One was previsiously stripped so we couldnt get it off but the passenger side we got off and replaced easily
