Just to verify, do you have an entire new front cover or just a oil pump repair kit?
At your mileage you should replace the oil pump gears well as the chain set?

Mike,

I have the entire timing gear cover, including the oil pump. I replaced the cam with a 229, new timing gear and chain. I have a new water pump, and while i have it out i was thinking of changing the gears. how difficult is this...i see the philips screws in the back of the cover..doesn t seem difficult...is there anything i should watch out for?
