P1413 - Land Rovers Only

Just got P1413 popping up on my code reader: P1413 Secondary Air Injection Pump Relay Control Circuit Signal Low. Doesn't appear than anyone has posted about this on any of the forums so I doubt its a common problem. Code has been cleared and hasn't reappeared but I'd like to chase it down regardless. Where is the pump physically located?
