Default power steering

99 DiscoII 104500 miles I have Car Quest power steering fluid. meets GM 9985010 for ESW M2C128 C and D will this work in my rover?

Yes, but how long has it been since you flushed the system, they need to be done every 30,000 or less or you can get into pump failure.

Buy a total of 5 quarts of fluid and a small hand pump, I use the turkey baster type which are sold in the battery department.
Get them, the shout and I'll walk you thru this.

Suck out all the fluid, apx a quart, refill, start the engine turn full left and full right 2 times. Turn the engine off and repeat at least 3 times or till the fluid that yuou pump out is clear again.
Takes all of 5 minutes and makes no mess on the ground.
