I'm converting my rear rotoflex driveshaft to a u-joint driveshaft. Does it matter which way I install the new shaft?
I was thinking of installing it with the slip joint side of the shaft to the axle instead of to the transfer case. My thinking is easy water drainage if water gets into the splines. The splines would always be pointing downward. Any thoughts, warnings, etc.
