Default Replace Tie Rods

The warden (my wife) just called and told me her '00 disco failed it's safety inspection because of a bad tie rod on the passenger side (RH side for us americans) - Can anyone tell me the part number for that or where I can find it?

Since May 1st:
Air suspension replaced
steering box failed for the fourth time in 16 months
Tie rod?

aaahhhhhhh...the joys of owning a rover!
