Default Right Turn = Click, click, click

When I was turning in the church parking lot last Sunday I heard a rapid click, click, click sound from somewhere. I was turning to the left and going about 15mph.
Any ideas?
2003 50k miles.

cv joints of course....but you better make sure all your lugs are tight too!

once, i thought my cv joints were bad, and on the way to the shop, my driver's side front wheel popped off and broke all my lugs, not to mention the flat spot on my rotor from grinding down the boulevard....
