can anyone provide me with a link on directions on removing and installing my rotoflex on a 02 disco.

6 bolts = 10 minute job Just undo the bolts and slap the new one in.

You only need one open end wrench and one socket, nothing to it.

ok done u-joints with new zerk fittings and rotoflex piece and still have a slight vibration! i dont think it is anything serious just kind of bothersome

So, you could still have one of the following problems,
tire balance,
drive line balance problem
separated tire tread
mud inside a wheel
At what speed does it show up?
