I read in the past about a water sloshing sound. I don't know were it is comming from. Can anyone give me some clue as to what it is and what I can do to get rid of it?

it's probably in the ac unit. Look to see if the drain nipples under the car are clear, make sure not to get a face full if they are blocked! They are up by the center differential.
Just a side note I had a warning triangle with a sand filled base that made the same sound, it took me weeks to find it, I just wanted to mention it as an alternative.

When do you hear the sloshing sound, when you turn left ot right or when you give the engine a little gas?
As already mentioned, it could be water trapped in the a/c, if that is the case, your front carpets should also be getting bet. The other possibility is you have air trapped in your cooling system caused by either a coolant leak or failing head gaskets. Check you truck over and get back to us. Mike |
