Default Slow shifting transmission when cold

I have a '01 disco2 that is holding in 3rd and won't shift to 4th until the engine has fully warmed up when it's cold out. If it's below 60 in the mornings, it takes about five minutes of driving for it to shift like normal and go into 4th. Any ideas? later in the afternoon or after work, no shifting issues, its only in the morning when its cold out.

How many miles on your tranny, when was it last serviced, and have you checked your fluid level lately?
The tranny ECU will not let it shift into over drive tile the engine reaches operating temp, so some of this could be normal.
So, when was it last serviced, cause 60 is not a cold start, 20 and below is.

Yep, sounds like service is overdue. Hopefully that's all, new fluid and filter.
