Default Sounds Like a Vacuum Cleaner

I have a random noise usually at a stop, or at least I can hear it then. Coming from under the hood sounds like a vacuum cleaner running. Goes away and is very random. Any ideas? I have no dummy lights on and everything seems to be on good operational order.

+1 SAI, it will kick on when your exhaust temp is low, check all the hoses for a leak also. Should mostly kick on when you start your truck. There is a black plastic pump and a tin can looking thing (hooked up to the passenger head/exhaust manifold) that is your SAI system.

My secondary does seam loud, just put engine back together a few weeks ago. But this noise is seriously the same sound as a vacuum cleaner motor. Never heard it before in the 4 years I have had this truck it is very strange. No codes at the moment.. It will do it when the motor is hot.
