Default squeaky seats

anyone have this issue? 01 D2 SE, fully adjustable driver+passenger seats.
these seats are squeaking. adjusted lumbar up and down, but still squeaking. what is the fix for this? does some internal part need lubrication? sounds are
coming from inside seat, maybe around lumbar internals???

thanks to all for any feedback

i know they're completly different seats, but when i first picked up my truck and for a long while after that, the bolts holding my passenger seat to the frame were loose, made it wobble ans squeak.

Mine used to do that as well, actually, ALL the seats rattled and squeeked. Thankfully I was under warranty becasue they replaced all the seat frames, every single one. Not a rattle or squeek since.

one time i moved the seat all the way back to be more comfortable, but it would squeak, so i put it back up one notch and it stopped i dunno.
