Default squeling from engine bay under acceleration

its worse when the truck is cold, but under acceleration at what seems from around 1700-2300 rpm it has almost like a belt squeling kind of sound. Do the tensioners go bad, could it just be the belts or something else?

did you have a belt recently installed? you can install them wrong and at times they can make noise.

but something could be getting on the belt. coolant perhaps.

Take the belt off and rotate everything by hand. Could be an idler pulley seizing.

Both the tensioner and the pulleys fail quite often and will probably need to be replaced.
