If the "SRS" light is illuminated is there anything I can do about it or is the only way to go to a mechanic?
In the last eight uses of the truck it has been on six times. I have checked the fuse and all seems to be ok there. ![]() |

Hi!
My 01 DII, had the same problem. It hapenned after a higway trip here in Portugal, i´ve packed some stuff under the front seats. The result as been a SRS light on how? It simply as disconnected the yellow connector from SRS/Airbag harness. The mecanic adviced me to check this connections before any action or test. And he was wright, the problem was just a bad contact in the connector, i've unplugged and plugged it again, and problem solved! You should check yours too.Best Regards |
