Default steering vibe during braking only between 55-45mph

My steering wheel will shake whenever I brake, but it only happens when I brake at 55mph until it gets to about 45mph and then stops.

-Balanced and rotated tires yesterday.
-New pads and rotors 4K miles ago;If I warped a rotor it would've happened right after I put them on right?
-new steering dampner about 4K miles ago
-Front U-joints and centering ball replaced about 3k miles ago

Suggestions please.

How many miles on your truck, what brand of steering stabilizer did you install, have you looked at the tie rod ends, bushing and steering rod to the steering box?
