ok guys i need some help, just did my alignment and my toe is good, but my steering wheel is offcenter, how do i center the steering wheel in my 02 disco???

It's adjusted in the front using the drag link.
Where the steering box is attached to the drag link you will see a couple of clamps and an adjuster with right hand threads on one side and left hand on the other. Loosen the clamps and turn the adjuster one way or the other to give the wheel the proper orientation. Probably easiest if the truck is jacked up but not neccessary.

make sure everything is loose so you can adjust it then move it accordingly, bring the tools with you and drive a bit down the road to determine the position of the wheel. then if its off get underneath and adjust again and keep doing it till its works always retightening as you go along.
