Default Strange noise - Good, Bad, Normal??

About every 3rd or 4th engine start I get a very short lasting strange sound. It comes from under the dash, immediately at start. I can only describe it as what sounds like a rubber bellows expanding. This is the only time it occurs and I have no other issues (at the moment!!).
Maybe its normal - I'm just very curious as to what it is.

Normal start up noises, with SAI would be the pump, the other possibility would be the ABS doing it's self test.

x2 on what Mike said. Have a buddy turn on the engine and try and locate it better...

SAI sounds like a turbine/howl

ABS sounds like a mechanical pump going to hell.....(when it's in use anyways...)
