Does anyone here know how much lower anything other than the HD OME springs will lift the truck? I just wanted a bit more height than stock...Not the "Disco on stilts" look...and yes, there are a number of people from this site who run 19" Range Rover wheels on their Discos, Don't you all remember? IB Jettin' was one, (His Wheels & Tires are the ones I currently have on my truck) and there were a couple more I can't remember off-hand, but they're out there...

your wheels and tires combo makes it looks like on stilts. I seem to remember IBJettins Disco didn't look like on stilts.

you can go with MD OME lift...I don't know how low it's gonna be from HD lift. or just stick with your stock springs.

it's a kind of unusual motivation for what I'm about to suggest.

At least for the front adding an ARB Bumper and a winch will let you loose some of the lift due to the additional weight, for the rear I think all you can do is go away from the HD springs.

Or add a rear steel bumper and load up the cargo area!

Ok, so the general consensus is that I should replace the OME HD springs with the OME776 Light Load springs in front, and the OME781 Medium Load springs in the rear then? I didn't really want to lift the truck but just replace the stock suspension with something that would lift it only about an actual inch more than stock. Let me know if this idea will give me what I'm looking for...Thanks!!!!

Actually, for a fraction of that price, you could keep the shocks, sell the coils, reinstall the stock springs with 1 inch spacers on top.

This is a joke right???

You want to lift your truck 1" but 1.5" lokks like it is on stilts??

If this anywhere near serious I believe RTE makes a stock length hd spring at least for the front

Probably looks like it's on stilts because of the wheel/tire combo. I'd say either switch those, or put the stock springs back on...
