Hey All.....
I need to replace my breather lines on my tcase and tranny on my 01disco II....They were melted for some reason. I would like to extend them up higher to help with water issues.....What would be the best type of hose or line to use, and where should it be ran to, to reach a higher level....Thanks |

I just used an old D1 kit from Mantec that I had laying around for my wifes D2, don't know exactly what type of hose it is. attatched the extended lines with a short length of rubber hose and ran the Xcase, trans, and front axle through an already existing hole in the firewall and up the A pillar under the trim. For the rear just take out one of the tail lights and feed the line up and attatch somewhere with a zip tie. Just make sure whatever you do go with that it doesn't melt too easy.
