Default Three times chimes

Hello.
I have a D2'99 TD5.

I have a problem SLABS unit and change under service action A263 affected all D2. After changing i have a new car . Stop perfectly without all ABS and break warning ligts to be turned on.

In next day when start engine, I hear 3 times chimes, but without any warning lights to be turned on. When engine working for minute and stop and run again warning chimes is disappear. If I stop engine immdiately and run again chimes com back.

Today is 4-th day with a new SLABS unit and warning lights in ABS, Breaks and HDC come back without any reason. I just drive slowly and find parcing place.

Please, give to me some ideia what happend with my car.
I read all service manuals but my problem is not fully described.
