hey guys...i tried out some new...well..'01 '03 '04 Disco's today...And not a single one of them had SLS....i could not believe the difference in the ride quality....i really missed that air suspension!!!! also..after going to the dealer...i realized how loaded my SE7 really was...

running boards
ladder
heated seats
heated windshield
hydraulic step
SLS, but no ACE
rear air...jump seats(duh)

okay...maybe it wasn't THAAAATTTT decked out, but none of the other rovers came close to what i had grown to love. I'm still waiting for insurance adjusters to call me back, and tomorrow i will be giving my (soon to be) lawyer a call.

NADA says 14025 for an SE...i guess i'll try for 18000?!???

sorry what you had to endure, only makes you wonder what if? had you been in a lesser vehicle

Now why in the hell do you have to do the shopping for a replacement rover.
I would make my insurance company do all the dirty work and get me say three Rovers to pick from, then have the one I chose delivered to my door step detailed and full of fuel. Sad reality is this whole evil business were in is all about money. They'll just as quick as they can write you a check and settle in a minute without having to spend that extra time shopping and kicking the tires.
