Default Transfer Case Leak

My '04 Disco with 60853 miles has had a leak for a little while. Its just a few drops every night. Maybe a teaspoonfull a week. I just had the 60k service done at the dealership, manily because I had an axle leak that was leaking on the rear brakes and was taking advantage of the extended warranty at the time. They said they changed the transfercase oil and resealed the transfer case paying specific attention to the leak I had mentioned to them.
The Disco is still leaking and it looks like its coming from the bolts on the tranfer case. Is there anyway to fix it. I don't want to the disco go to the dealer again for a while. Its a 250 mile one way trip to the dealr so I'd like to do it myself. My wife does not like the oil mixed with the A/C water on the floor as the floor is painted and I 1 1/2 year old son might slip on it so any suggestions would help. I'm going to get under the truck and try to tighten them up some more to see if that helps but I don't want to damage anything.
