Trying to Remove Actuator

Hey guys; I am buying five door actuators from a guy who is parting out his land rover DII 99. I also have a 99DII and he is having problems removing the actuators.

This is his quote "I can't figure out how to get them out of there. From what I can see, all the bolts are out of it and it's free, but it won't move at all"

Is their a certain way you have to remove the door actuators or should they come out of the door easily?

Any advise on the subject would be greatly appreciated.

Yep, the window frame has to come out, and in the front, that means the side mirrors also.

I just unscrewed that side of the door frame and finessed the actuator until it was free, same with the install, did not remove the entire frame.
