Default Unplugged the instument panel, odometer blinks!

I have some problems with the disco. The PO told me that the CE light was burned out. I put the code reader on it, lot O codes. Mostly pertaining to the O2 sensors. Well the PO also had a spare instrument cluster, so I installed that one! The odometer now blinks, but still registers the miles! How do I get the odometer to stop blinking. Do I have to change the O2's then clear the adaptives to set everything straight? If so, I will just wait until I change the O2's! Thanks for your time!!!

THIS IS ON A 99 DII, I MIGHT ADD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As far as the cluster goes, the one you got used is either bad or needs to be reset with a test book. Something in the back of my head say's it needs to be reset, and I could be wrong.
On the O2 sensors, make sure you replace all 4 when you do it, shop arouns a little, if you are going for a Rover plug and play O2, should find them for about $65 apiece. Aftermarket O2 sensors can be found with out plugs for the $25 range, but you needed to watch what you buy and rewire them.

The original instument cluster blinks also. The PO said the Dealership told him something about it, but I don't recall. The Dealership is the one that unplugged it the first time!
