Hey ya'll!!
Well, eventually I will be gettin' the OME lift, but also, I was thinking about getting a Borla exhaust system. What do you all think about Borla?

I love mine, it sounds better at idle and its lighter than stock. I don't think you'll reap the full benefit of it without chipping the vehicle. I'm still waiting to get mine done. Military life might force sale so I'm waiting to see where I'm going next.
So far I think I've gained 1mpg on my daily commute and 2mpg on longer trips, using the cruise control of course. I've had it for a few months, even my wife likes it.

if we were driving sports cars I'd be all for exhaust before suspension...but we are the opposite with the rovers. Plus that shit will most likely just get beat up on a trail, kind of a waste for like 500-700 you pay for a good exhaust system like a borla. i'm not banging on borla, they are sick and make a good product. but i'd rather spend the money on protecting the under carriage or something along those lines.

Sure you can.. just gotta search ebay
i'm sure she might even still come in the original packaging LOL.Johnny, that exhaust is gonna get wrecked if you go offroad. and if your not going offroad sell your rover and get a mini Van. you can probably get a good exhaust for them. |

i mean if you can get your hands on a second hand borla, magnaflow, etc muffler and have someone weld it on i'd do it. but i wouldn't drop the money for a full brand new aftermarket exhaust. i'd go to your local muffler shop and see if they have any second hand mufflers or ask your friends who've got trucks and what not.

I'd echo the same sentiment. 700 bucks will buy you a lot of cool tools, and/or useful modifications for your truck. It'd be silly to throw it away on an exhaust.
