You might want to down load a Rave CD on line, this will give you pretty much all the directions for doing all sorts of repairs on your truck. While you are at it, consider changing out your plug wires if you are over 50,000 miles since you will hjave the intake off anyway. If you do that consider replacing your wires with a new set of 8 mm Magnacor wires which can be ordered on line.

I don't have a link for the Rave CD, someone here should have it.
As for the wires, might want to get in touch with Tony at Cerrones/LRRFourms.com at 650-365-4145. He has about the best price on line.

or I could tell you how do it from memory, I do them so often.

basically pull the fan off first, then loosen the bolts on the power steering pulley then take off the belt and take off the ps pulley. take off both idler pulleys and the tensioner. take the air box cap off and the hose and take the four bolts of the ac compressor and put it to the side. on top of the air filter.

but get the rave cd so you can get the exact directions cause you need it for the tightening and loosening sequence for the bolts.

and the valve covers come off first to get the intake out of the way.
