I haven't installed one (all the wood in my '98 still looks great), but I'm told the kits sold at edashkit.com are the best.

There is also a company up here in Santa Barbara that sell and repairs wood dashes for all the up line vehicles, they are pricey but real good and you can select the type and coloration of wood you want to work with your interior.
