Default Who makes a Tow Bar for 2004 Disco?

I have a Blue Ox tow bar on my RV that I used to tow my Jeep with . I need what Blue Ox calls a base plate that attaches to my 2004 Disco LR SE7 and connects to the tow bar on my Motor Home . Blue Ox only makes a 2003 version for the Disco and won't tell me if the 03 version will or will not fit.

Here are my questions anbd I appreciate any advice you can give me.

Has anyone put an 03 Blue Ox base plate on an 04 Disco?
Is there another company that I can buy a whole new tow system from including the tow Bar and Base plate from that fits an 04 Disco?

For your reference here is there web site Blue Ox Products Home Page

Thank you in advance for youre help.

'03's and '04's are identical, except for the CDL and the tubular roof bars... It should fit...

By the way, that's going to be a heavier tow with the Disco. replacing the Jeep.... Don;t forget to put the Disco. in "N" while towing...

also important from the BLue Ox notes:
11. The weight of this vehicle is near the Class III, 5000 lb, rating limitations. Some models, depending on options, may well exceed this 5000 lb rating. Be sure to confirm the weight of your individual vehicle before towing. As of 1999 the Aventa II is now rated at 10000 lbs and either the Aventa II or Alexus tow bar must be used for these applications. Tow bar adapters are not to be used with vehicles weighing over 5000 lbs.
