It needs to have an odometer update performed on Testbook.

Need to go to your dealer and request they hook the Test Bok into your ECU.

Yeah there is a discrepancy in the mileage. I looked in the owners manual but could not find anything about it. I did have my neighbor (who has an OBD) run the codes but nothing showed. Is the blinking odometer just a service reminder? Thanks.

No,something has suffered a glitch, also I dont think your friends OBD kit will get into the instrument pack unless its one of the very latest ones, most will only read powertrain codes. To get into the instrument pack or BCU it will probably need Testbook or Autologic/Rovacom.

What does it cost for the dealer to hook up to the Test Book? Also, out of curiosity, why would the odometer show a different mileage than actual? I was told when I bought it that it had 136k and the odo shows 30k.

I wouldn't worry about the cost, which could easily be in the mid$150 range, you need to get your mileage issue corrected along with the blinks.
