Default will brush guard from '97 disco fit a 2002?

Does anyone know if a brush guard from a 97 DISCO will fit a 2002 DISCO? I'm looking at buying one on eBay, but the seller doesn't know if it will fit.

Negative - Sorry, not much will go from a 97 to a 02, not even so much as the battery....

Don't pay more than $300 for a used one in exc condition $150 for a beat up one. Shipping will be the killer @ $75. Look up Paul Grant in the used parts section of htis forum or any of the others they have of stuff like this.
