Default window regulator

I have 1999 disco II with 130000 or so miles. The regulator looks like it has been replaced before, but a crappy job done. The little white plastic roller is broken and that is all I can find wrong with it. Does that mean I have to buy a new on? The motor works.

Unless you have an extra junk regulator laying around to rob parts from, then yes you will have to buy new. I tried looking for that same piece and came up empty handed.

Rover on.
