I drive a 2002 d2 and I am trying to install factory 2004 fog lamps in my bumper - I have 2 switches on the left of my steering wheel, one turns on the LR off road lights when my hi beams are on, the other button has a "lamp" with a 2 on it that currently doesnt turn on anything - When I pull it out of its place it is wired in the back...
Am I correct in thinking that this switch will work for activating my fogs? Where does this wiring run to? |

Top switch is for front fog lights. The one below it probably has a red/orange led that does not appear to do anything because its the rear fog lamps. Turn the lights on the hit the switch and go back there and check out the lights in the bumper. I think the ignition has to be in at least position 2 for the fog lamps to work. They only activate when you press them and they will be off the next time you start the rover.
