Default 08 LR3 Air Conditioning Coming On By Itself At Startup

Hey LRO gang,
I guess it seems about right that it's only been two months and I'm on the next seemingly major electrical issue in the truck. First one being total loss of power at random times a week after purchase... Anyhow. So over the last few days and not every time. My air conditioner has been turning on when I start the truck. I'm not running the air when I turn the truck off so it's not an issue of me leaving it on. It didn't happen all the time at first, but it's starting to happen a whole lot more. This is concerning to me as the truck is starting to feel like it's trying just a bit harder to turn over now each and every time. Whereas it was almost an instant turn over from crank when I bought the vehicle a few months back. I know that having the air on would also make it struggle a little bit more when starting.
Something else that I've noticed too is that the washer fluid leaks out of the container and through the bumper to the ground when I filled up to capacity. It's not a stream, but a very steady drip. I'm hoping that this isn't something that is causing the air conditioner to have a mind of it's own. As well as the beginning of what is about to be a much bigger electrical problem. I'm aware that there was a recall on the washer fluid container back when this vehicle came out. It appears that the original owners did not take it in for the warranty work. Any warranty work is what I'm starting to realize. I really hope that this leak hasn't hit some set of wires that have corroded or whatnot over the years that Land Rover is notorious for. Ugh, I've only had this truck for three months and I'm already starting to regret the purchase. The fun of driving it has definitely wore off here in congested ass Los Angeles. Has anyone else noticed that these vehicles scratch and dent ridiculously easy? I've given up on door dings already. Might as well buy my own set of PDR Tools. Sorry for the rant! I greatly appreciate any help or insight!

Replace the washer fluid container, that should fix your leak. While it is out check for any damage the leaking fluid may have done. Make sure your battery is in near new condition. The batteries getting a bit weak wreek havoc on the LR3s. Replace with the Land Rover-recommended Interstate battery.

As far as the door dings, purchase a set of door mouldings. They install with double back 3M tape. It'll take you about 5 minutes to install.

I've owned an LR3, a Range Rover Classic, and a Discovery and had zero problems with any of them. I hate that you're already having issues with your new vehicle.
