Default Cargo boxes and the LR3 Sat antenna

So I made the big switch a few months ago and sold my Jeep and bought an LR3. So far I am loving life. No wheeling yet but soon ...

So I am looking to get a roof top cargo box for camping and long trips. I am planning on mounting the box on the LR crossbeams. Does anybody know if the Thule Atlantis 1800 or 2100 clear the huge antenna on the roof?

I appreciate the help.

I don't know much about LR3, but why don't you put a roof rack instead of that Thule box?

I am looking for something a little more enclosed and solid vice a rack and bag. In a perfect world I would get a rack and a cargo box but for now I need the box. The rack will come when I put a few more nickles together.

take a board and throw it on the top and push it down a few inches to see if it clears.

they are usually used for skis and the like.

OK so with the introduction of some common sense I will solve my own problem.

Thanks.
