Default dsc faut-system not available

just wondering if anyone else has had the same fault showng up.

took delivery of car on dec 2005, now for the past 2wks evry time i start the car up is reads HDC fault, system not available. when i engage the HDC button it seems to come on, howvere the fault still shows. been bac at dealer to no avail. can anyone help.new to 4x4 ????????????

battery is low. When they get low below say 11.5 it trips the code.

you dont have anything plugged in do you
