Default Loose Gear Box Knob on My 2005 LR3

I am hoping someone can tell me how to tighten the gear box knob on my 2005 LR3. For some reason it became loose today and I can spin it around 360 degees. Not safe when I need to shift into park or reverse or when I want to use the manual +/- feature.

Thanks!

Give it a hard push down until you hear it snap.
