I just posted my intro in the general forum. Here are the model specific questions.
My wife and I do not have children and do not need the third row seat. If we do not get the third row seats, is the floor lower than with them? If we do not get them, is the floor still the same height as the second row of seats when they are lowered? Having a larger flush floor area is more important than getting or not getting the third row seats. When evaluating the vehicle, are there any model specific potential problem areas we should concentrate on checking? I know these are new and have concerns about first year models. How have these models faired so far in the reliability department? As a possible, new LR owner and not having a clue as to what "living with an LR" means, I have concerns over some of the rumours I have heard and wonder how they might fit with this vehicle. I have heard the comment of "not reliable, but very durable." I like the very durable part, but wonder how extensive the not reliable is and what that means in reality. I realize all vehicles have quirks. I would just like to understand my new partner as much as possible before making the commitment. TIA |

Hi Tim
Third row or no third row the rear cargo area is flush with the folded 2nd row seats. My experience with many LR3's over very rough conditions as well as highway driving has been very positive, reliable, and durable.
