1. Is it me or is the instrument panel only very dimly lit even when adjusted or is a bulb blown ?
2. Can I display the actual speed MPH/KMPH on the digital display as the dial itself is kinda vague ? |

1. Ours is adequate if on the brightest setting though it could be a little brighter.
2. No way to do this on the SE's digital display - I don't know if the information center on the HSE has that capability but would imagine that if it isn't in the manual, you probably can't do it. #2 would be a nice feature - when I have the seat & steering wheel in a comfortable position I can't see most of the speedometer. This is the case in pretty much every car I have driven.

I totally agree, the gauges are very dimly lit. I've wondered about replacing the bulbs with something a few watts brighter, or maybe even going white LED.
