Right below the front I don't know, map light I guess in my 00 Discovery there appears 3 buttons. I think they're numbered. What the hell do they do and how am I supposed to use em. They are supposed to work a garage door opener, believe it or not! I don't know how to program them; I don't have an opener on my garage.

Those are for the STANLEY HOMELINK garage door opener system.I think you can order the kit through their site.Quite expensive, but besides opening and closing the doors on your garage, if I'm not mistaken, you can program it to turn on or off designated lamps around your house when you are out.
Carlos

p.s. I think you can adapt an "ejector seat" a la "James Bond" there though...

If werent using the homelink system, would it be possible to use it to operate ARB lockers? I think it would be a great place and there would be no need to find where to put it or how to mount more buttons.
