Default New Owner of 2006 Disco 3

Hello Everybody. I've been driving it for a week now, everything seems fine, however, there are few things I couldn't find in the user manual, or don't understand as follows:
1. Radio setting-what is AF means, which I can choose on/off.
2. Regarding Trip computer-how come the avg.speed indicates at around 30 km/hr. And most of the time I'd been driving around 80-100km.
-actually "Range" means the distance that I can go with the gas in the fill tank, am I right.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Yes range shows distance you have until empty, but it's not all that accurate, when you hear the bong better fill up.

The average speed is computed from the last time you reset the trip computer.

Not sure what AF is, doesn't ring a bell.

Pretty sure AF is alternate frequencies - allows the radio to pick up the strongest signal for a given station if that station is broadcasting on multiple frequencies. Part of the RDS feature set. I have seen this work in the UK, but haven't observed this operate in the US
