Purchase Questions - Land Rovers Only

My sister is looking to buy an LR3, and I'm going with her to take a look at it.. anything I should look at or ask? It's a CPO'd from a dealership, 2005 w/ 51k miles with extended 2yr warranty.

I know to ask for all service records, also to make sure it has all the software updates (such as the transmission clunk), and also I heard that the rear tires on these things go quickly, was there any recalls for that?

How many miles on the extended warranty 65k or 100k ?

If it has GPS make sure it is loaded with the latest updated maps. On the RR they issued new maps last year and they want $200 for it.
