Retro fitting heated seats - Land Rovers Only

I picked up a new Land Rover LR3 Heater Control Assembly with the heated seat buttons and have my dash apart and can't seem to able to find the plug

any help .
How do you remove power and cigarette assembly .... Have removed screws but it seems stuck?

cant retrofit, need extra wiring and seat heaters and fuses and fuse box,

plus programming,

used to be able to do it with the Series II Discos. Everything was there but the switches.
