Default Service in MI

Leased a certified 06' LR3 - have had it one year and have had it in for service nearly a dozen times. Sun roof didn't work - went to pick it up fron Landrover Farmington Hills and it still didn't work. Alternator belt went bad - went to pick it up from Farmington Hills and it was still bad. Key fobs quit working - had them re-programmed several times and never did work. Ultimately, had Birmingham location replace them only to have the computer completely lock out and had to have to car towed in for svc... I was catching a negative pattern w/ service at Farmington location.

Just spent $650 on rear tires that had less than 12k miles because all of the inside tread was down to the steel belts - they said it was alignment (which they said was checked during the certification process) but was clearly a suspension problem that also had to be repaired. Farmington Hills location refused to even consider helping out in the cost so I have decided never to return there for service. It's o.k. if a car has problems - even excessive problems are understandable as long as the dealer service is good but Landrover Farmington Hills is the worst experience I have ever had with any car in my life. They even give you a "gold lease package" that guarentees a Landrover loaner when the car needs svc. - It is not true - they drop you off at a rent-a-car place and make you put the deposit down on your credit card... then you have to pay extra out of pocket for an suv or van - of course we need an suv or a van - that is why we purchased a landrover!!!
